Open the engine room hood and the window washer cap in black color with water fountain mark. Window washer fluid cap is in the passenger side front as shown in the picture. Top off as needeed to the maximum line, close the cap and the engine room hood. Almost all Toyota cars have the similar window washer caps.
Do not use the mineral or tap water.
