Can I trust the used car inspection report by the dealer?

Yes or no, it all depends on a dealer and the car inspection report. In general, it may not be the case. You need to bring a car mechanic with you and check the used car for engine, transmission, suspension, electrical, interior, exterior, any accident history, scanning with diagnostic scanner and road testing as well.
