I closed the fuel cap firmly and check engine light disappeared. What is happening?

Modern vehicles fuel evaporation system includes the fuel cap design as well. This is required by the regulations for emission control purpose. So, when you fill up the gasolone please turn off the vehicle, refill the gasoline, and tighten the fuel cap till you click sound.
